Rates in Canadian Funds

 

Peak Season ( May 1st to September 15th including long weekends )

* Minimum of 3 day stay

* Minimum 1 week stay when reservation falls on a long weekend

* $240.00 a night plus applicable taxes

* Weekly rate $1,600.00 plus applicable taxes ( per week )

 

Off Season September 16th to April 31st.

Policies

 

* Damage deposit required at booking $600.00 ( for all reservations )

   Damage deposit will be returned 15 days after last day of stay if there are no damages.

* Mandatory cleaning fee of $150.00 ( non-refundable, due 30 days prior to occupancy)

* Full rental due 30 days prior to occupancy

* Sorry no Pets

* No tents or RV'S allowed on the property

* No smoking inside the cabin, smoking outdoors only. Cigarette butts must be placed in ashtrays or containers outside the cabin and disposed of.

* Check in 3:00 P.M.

* Check out 10:00 A.M. ( This is required to allow proper house cleaning for subsequent guests) 

* The number of guests in the cabin cannot exceed 8, this is necessary due to limitations with our septic system.

* Beach towels are not included in the rentals.

* No objects can be thrown down the toilets the property is on a septic system.

 

Rental Rules

* Any stag or stagette parties or any parties resulting in disturbances will result in eviction without refund of rent or security deposit.

* Renters shall permit no activities on the premises that are contracry to any law, ordinance or insurance policy provisions.
